Refund Policy
This policy allows Automotive Film University to maintain organized class scheduling, protect reserved seats for committed students, and ensure a professional learning environment for every attendee.
1. All Deposits Are Non-Refundable
Due to limited class sizes and reserved instructional scheduling, all deposits made toward AFU courses are non-refundable under any circumstance.
2. Class Rescheduling Policy
Students may reschedule their class one time if notice is provided at least 7 days before the scheduled class date. Rescheduled classes must be completed within 60 days of the original course date or a new deposit will be required. AFU is NOT responsible for reminding our customers or rescheduling.
3. 24-Hour Attendance Notice Requirement
Students who are unable to attend their scheduled class must notify AFU a minimum of 24 hours before the class start time. Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook.
4. No Refunds Once Training Begins
No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued once a course has started, including missed time, voluntary withdrawal, tardiness, or failure to complete the course.
5. AFU Right to Refuse or Remove Students
AFU reserves the right to refuse service or remove any student displaying disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior during training sessions. Removal from class due to conduct violations will not qualify for refunds or credits.
